Description

The 3000 kN machine is designed for testing high-strength concretes up to class B100, cubes up to 300 mm, ⌀ 160 × 320 mm cylinders and wall blocks. The load capacity margin allows specimens of high-grade and fibre-reinforced concretes to be crushed without operating at the limit of the range.

The four-column frame with increased clearance and 400 × 400 mm platens accepts large specimens. The servo-hydraulic circuit with a two-stage pump provides rapid platen approach and precise loading rate control from 1% of the range.

The touch-screen controller and software are shared across the entire IT-C range: reports to GOST 10180 and EN 12390-3 are generated automatically, and results are transferred to the laboratory LIMS via Ethernet.
