Riffle-type splitter for reducing laboratory samples of sand and crushed stone into two representative parts without material loss.
- 24-month warranty and spare parts from stock
- Commissioning, staff training and methodological support
- Assistance with equipment certification as part of your laboratory
Description
The riffle splitter reduces a bulk sample of aggregate to laboratory size without compromising representativeness: the material is distributed through the even and odd chutes into two receiving pans in equal portions.
The body and pans are made of galvanized steel with reinforced edges. Three receiving pans supplied as standard allow sequential reduction without re-pouring. Versions with chute widths of 12, 25 and 38 mm are available for different aggregate sizes.
Features
- 12 chutes with alternating discharge direction
- Three receiving pans and a scoop included
- Galvanized steel with reinforced edges
- Sample halved in a single pass
